刚才有真有问我,如何跟亚马逊的客服沟通,这个嘛,其实首先咱们需要的是淡定,别让国外网站一大串的外文给唬住,要知道我们是天朝儿女,要有大国风范,当年如果铁木真再狠点,现在欧元区该用人民币了。哈哈! 其实嘛,亚马逊的所有网站除了地区语言不一样以外,功能版块基本都是一样的,当然了中间还是有一点点区别,不过跟客户联系的位置一样。 注意到这个截图购物篮LOGO上面的AIDE么?这个代表帮助的意思,点击进去

    我觉得啊. 可以打开中国亚马逊的网站, 然后在洋人的网站上照着中文的按钮点就可以了. 反正两个都是兄弟, 长得都是一个样的吧.

    没招了,给法逊写了5封邮件,一步步按楼主的步骤写的,最后也提示发送成功,可是一封回复都没有,各位帮看看可能是什么原因: 1.我的邮箱应该没问题,因为能收到法逊的促销邮件 2.也不在垃圾箱里,看过了 3.俺英语也不应该有问题,毕竟俺工作语言是英语,这点事儿还是说的清楚的 4.还可能是啥原因呢? 除了楼主介绍的这种方式,还有其它方式能联系上法逊的客服么,要是过段时间还到不了想申请退款都不知道该怎么申请?没招了 :mad: :mad: :sweat: :sweat:

    哦,没call过 :rolleyes:

    另外,你不选communicate in English也可以
    就按上边theme------>subtheme来写英文邮件,客服一样是给你回英文邮件
    我从未遇过24小时内cs不回邮件的时候呢,amazon这点是做得最好的
