The sets of the lego winter village line are yearly-must-buy toys. The 10199 was the first set(splendid set! of course) of this line and gave me a totally new view and expectation. I can fell the snowy Xmas and happiness while assembling the set. The 10216 was a big disappointment since the first one was too excellent, the 10222 returned to the ordinary level, no bad. The 10229 was the best one with beautiful colour(the designer also designed 10182,10185, 10197, 10199,10211,10214,10218, 10234,10241,10243, 10244, )tremendous interior details and scale. Astonishing set no doubt. The 10235 was a little bit darn. But this one.......The name"Santas Workshop" was leaked out almost one month prior to the first image, when you think of this name, the first thought was" Wow, this gonna be very interesting and big building with a fantastic sleigh and EIGHT rein deers." But after the whole 12-month waiting after the release of 10235, we are going to just get this small, undetailed and scattered set.

1, No any light brick which means lacking of WARM and GENTLE feeling.
2, Santa does have EIGHT reindeers, but only 4 this time.
3, The Christmas tree is so so so tiny. Given the size of this tree, it can be only matched with the cute baby rein deer.
4, A lot of stickers instead of printed-bricks. This makes the bricks look cheaper, not worth of it.
5, The elves are working outside the house in the cold, does our nicely mercy Santa concern about the employees benefits?
6, No interior details at all compare to 10229, darn and stunned, badly stunned!
7, The North Pole too short, hard to be found.
8, The Santas Workshop is supposed to be the most vital, magnificent and attractive building in the whole winter village, it is the distribution center, logistic center, control center, the token of the spirit of Christmas, manufacturing toys of the kids all over the world. The rooms should be divided by different tasks. On the contrary, I barely saw anything but a poor, small machine with a belt and some alredy-done toys.
9, If lego does read our reviews, care about them, want to make some constructive processes for the production of Winter Village line next year, lego would know what to do and how to do.
10, Please! Please give us a good set which is worthy of its price next year. Dont let these LOYALLY-and-anxiously-waiting-all- the-year customers down again.

去年的10235都恨不得1300片；前年的10229，差不多1500片，一幢内饰精致的大房子＋一些小的分散的场景＋一个可爱的igloo，设计别出心裁用心思，也就150澳币罢了。 今年就这个坑爹的，还好意思买120。这个价格还真好意思开地出来啊。 更坑爹的是，我们都会买。起码2?3套。2011年出的10222邮局也是120刀，但整个设计很有白色圣诞的节日的感觉，尤其那部邮车很漂亮，设计者也专门介绍了是根据挪威的邮车款式来设计的。 而今年这个10245，房子里简简单单的椅子，桌子，就算完事了！第一次看到，就马上感觉像是从31026自行车／咖啡店里借鉴过来的似的，没用心，没用脑。作为一年就出一套的节日套装，感觉太敷衍。不像10199玩具店和10229蓝房子，整个节日气氛都烘托出来了，有种冰天雪地＋温暖阳光＋热闹的节日＋村民走街串巷庆祝混合在一起的感觉。我也不是故意偏向那个叫Jamie 的设计师，不过他的作品确实能扣住主题。他的几幢街景明显就比电影院之类的口碑好不少。就不说10182和10185这两个了。 不过以上都是我个人的感觉罢了。

我没有特意去查谁是设计师，就是在官网看的视频罢了。仅此而已。 11月份回上海，争取可以把前面三年的冬季作品带回澳洲布置家里。这样客厅的冬季小村子就完整了哈哈。 我们圣诞节是夏天，只能看看冰天雪地的图片，还是得顶着太阳在沙滩上庆祝
