第二张和第三张是42009在德迅和dhl上的信息，为什么第三张没有以前的matchcode呢

大多是发错了 发邮件去问 要么就是没更新出来

发邮件问吧。我上个月一单就是第一次这样，德迅回复包装破损，地址单号不详，然后补发一份给我的。

我发了邮件给德迅客服，结果回信如下，我想问一下意思是不是这单没有成功，本应该再次发货，可现在没货了，德迅提出准备退款吗，可为什么图3中已经有货物发出的信息呢，拜托告知：
