不知道楼主找的店是哪里的，我一般在德国店里买，这种情况下我的理解VAT只针对买家在欧盟成员国的情况收。不确定的话最好在Splash或者Store Terms里仔细看一下，或者给卖家写邮件确认一下~

比如如下这种信息：
Base store prices include 19% German VAT. Prices shown to buyers located inside the European Union include VAT, outside the European Union excluding VAT depending on the buyers country. The buyers country is determined in the following order:
Country of shipping address if the buyer is logged in
Country of IP address if the buyer is not logged in
If the system is unable to determine the buyers country depending on the IP address, prices are shown excluding VAT and VAT may be added on checkout after the buyer logs in if the buyers shipping destination is within the European Union.

就比较清楚的注明，根据买家帐号设置收货地址的国家来判断是不是欧盟的，如果是欧盟的显示的价格就包含VAT，如果不是欧盟的就不包含VAT。如果收货地址无法判断（比如没有登录帐号）会根据你所用的IP地址来判断。如果系统还是无法判断，所显示的价格就不包含VAT，但是提交订单时如果收货地址是欧盟的，这部分税会再被加上。

谢谢楼上两位的指点。 按照概念，我自己觉得就是楼上所讲的欧盟买家要承担，非欧盟的就不需要给这个税了，就是自己没操作过，不是很肯定。
