Order status 如果是 customer service 那就基本是被砍了

晕，已经是 customer service了，没戏了吗？有没有 customer service最后还发货的例子。如果砍单，什么时候退款？

我1号下的单，到现在状态还是CS 发Email问过客服了，现在所有41999的单子都要人工确认所以要再等等，搜索了一下以前也有很多CS的单子，并不是所有CS的单子都会被砍掉 不过楼主今天才下单子估计有点悬了

custom service正常的，我1号转运的订单被砍了，私人地址 backordered，赠品 in process，幸好分了2次下单，否则一个都没了

转运必砍无疑
