我今天确认了下我的邮件,的确说我的乐高已经在路上,客服措词还是蛮客气的,所以不接受中国换件只是小概率事件,不过还是一句话,大家厚道点,别故意多补免得人家真的就封了我们中国的换件服务.现在官网的回信还是很有诚意的。 Thanks for getting in touch with us regarding your new Fire Brigade set. Im sorry your new LEGO0� set didnt have all of its pieces. Please accept our apologies as we did experience a bag missing from some of our new Fire Brigade sets. Because you provided us with your manufacturing code, this will help us narrow down where the issue stemmed from and resolve the issue. We try really hard to make sure all LEGO toys are perfect, but sometimes a faulty sets sneak through. Actually - controlling the quality of the toys that leave our factory is a big job (about seven LEGO sets are sold every second!) and we spend a long time trying to get it right. We have a whole department of experts (and machines) who test every LEGO set before it leaves us - they even weigh every box to make sure theres nothing missing. Wed like to get even better at catching any faulty LEGO sets though, so Im passing your comments onto the team in charge of testing. Itll help them make sure this doesnt happen again. Your LEGO parts are on their way from our warehouse in Denmark and should be there within 21 business days.     其实很多都是沟通问题啦,人家既然说please get in touch again if you need anything else ,说明还是欢迎咱们的是不,而且我都不是官网买的,邮寄的也是中国地址,所以写封邮件把你的要求说清楚,基本都是能得到满足的。:rolleyes: ,顶顶F大,我也想在法国amzon上试试啊,就怕万一有问题语言不通啊。

    12月1号官网申请部件。很快就收到email,主要内容就是大家熟悉的:
    “Unless we need to contact you regarding your part, well send a replacement to you as quickly as possible. This should arrive within three weeks.”

    我就坐等收件了。没想到今天收到email,主要内容:

    Our system tells us this problem has happened before with a LEGO set you purchased.
    Could you tell us where you bought your LEGO set so we can talk to the shop and try and find out why this problem has happened again? Also, if you can send us the receipt for the LEGO set you have bought, we can get the missing piece sent out to you straight away. Please send a copy of your receipt to fax number 888-329-5346.

    If you no longer have your receipt, we are more than happy to sell you the parts that you requested! If you have requested licensed elements, we will require a proof of purchase number listed on the back of your building instructions. In addition, we will only be able to sell the quantity of licensed pieces that originally came in the set and only one time!

    让我传真购物小票,然后给我发零件;

    又过了7天,昨晚给我回了第2封封email,让我打电话,他们要“验证我订单的细节”
    TMD气死我了。

    我给他们回了一封,口气很不好。
    当然我的英文水平如此了,不知有没有把自己的意思表达清楚。
    感兴趣的各位大大可以看看,帮我指正。 :burn:

    Hello,
    I asked for missing parts of lego 10197 fire brigate at [url]www.lego.com on around Dec.1st.
    7 days later, on Dec.8th I received a reply asking me that "Could you tell us where you bought your LEGO set so we can talk to the shop and try and find out why this problem has happened again?". And I was asked to send a copy of my receipt for the set.Because the problem of 39r1 was widely discussed at many forums such as brickset at the beginning of November, and then maybe solved by LEGO company.So I comprehended your doubt that why I still asked for missing parts of lego 10197 a few days later.Therefore I wrote back that I placed the order of the lego 10197 at [url]www.toysrus.com online on Oct.23rd. And it was shipped on Oct.26th when LEGO company had not begin to resolve the problem yet. I did not have such a receipt. But I gave the screenprint of the order in two pictures attached which I think can prove too.

    But another 7 days later, on Dec.15th I received the 2nd reply just asking me to call you to verify the details of my order .Funny! I am not placing an order at LEGO shop,right?I do not know what such "details" you want to know? Dont you see the two sceenprints? I am doubtful that the second custom service did not know the whole thing and treat my last email seriously.
    Half a month have passed. Your efficiency is not satisficating.

    I do not want to call because my oral English is not good.I just want my missing parts back to complete my building. It is the mistake of LEGO company, not mine! Why you went on making trouble to me? Or you think I cheat for some bricks?
