10197申请错件 - 更新LEGO活人的回信

某个大号件居然错了,幸亏是屋顶,不过申请很顺利,希望3周内能收到,看到他们回信很诚恳,不知道是不是模板。。。不过忍不住回了,小提了一下希望modular能出医院、学校或邮局的愿望,wonder会不会被活人看到啊 :cry: :cry: :cry:

I think your hospital, school and the post office would make brilliant LEGO® sets, but for legal reasons we cant use it!

We have a team of experts in Denmark whose job it is to dream up new LEGO sets, themes and toys. They tell me it actually takes years to plan everything. They need to test all the new ideas, talk to the factory about how to make them, work out what sort of box is needed and then deliver the new sets to all the shops in 130 countries! This means that theres a good chance theyre already working on something similar to your idea.

Listening to what LEGO fans have to say helps us get better and better so Im going to pass your comments on to the team in charge of this area. They’ll be thrilled to hear from such a huge LEGO® fan and we can learn just as much from what we do right as what we get wrong.

I really appreciate your quick response to my problem. I just want to say that I still have great faith in the quality of LEGO and your attitude towards customers requests is actually part of it. Ive been playing LEGO for years since I was a child and I will keep going till it stops being fun which I guess would be never!

I hope the designers would continue to be creative and make greater sets in the future. A little suggestion on the modular buildings, do you have any plans on developing a new hospital or school or post office? Ive been waiting for YEARS as many other players and that must come out to be very cool and popular sets. Please please consider it~~~~

    如果邮件[email protected]发的,代表他们已经收到你的申请。 等1天,收到[email protected]发的邮件,并且邮件内容有 Our replacement pieces are shipped from our fulfillment center in Denmark 就可以安心等了,表示零件已寄出。 如果没有,只能继续写邮件了:byebye:

    我买的老款10213,申请了补充包,5月16日收到回信,信中说“Your LEGO parts are on their way from our warehouse in Denmark and should be there within 21 business days.Please get in touch again if you need anything else (youll need to remind me of the reference number on this letter).”意思是不是21个工作日后可收到?可现在已过了一个多月了还没收到,真是天天盼夜夜盼啊
