为庆祝乐高街景系列10周年，官方举办了MINI街景MOC比赛

评分标准：

整体性和原创性 25%
细节 25%
比赛主题 25%（我理解为可融入街景系列整体风格的程度）
最好地使用LEGO元素 25%

- 最多只能拍摄并提交五张照片，并请确保这些照片展示了你作品的所有角度
- 每个人可以提交多份作品，但同一人名下最多只有一个作品能入围
- 不得侵犯其他积木品牌或LEGO的知识产权（例如星球大战、指环王）
- 含暴力或军事题材的作品将被取消参赛资格
- 参赛者必须年满13周岁
- 伊朗、朝鲜、缅甸、津巴布韦、苏丹、叙利亚及任何被美国制裁的国家的居民不得参赛（山姆大叔牛逼！）

必须使用8*8底板，必须含2单位宽度的街道（我理解为建筑本体的底面积必须为6*8单位，如果是转角建筑底面积要控制在6*6单位），必须使用至少1块1*2含科技连杆洞的砖（1-2个洞的皆可，例如3700号零件）以便能与其他MINI街景相连接。建筑高度不限，参赛者可以设计街道中的街景建筑（例如10246侦探社），或处在转角的建筑（例如10232大剧院）

附注：
我参考了乐高之前推出的10230迷你街景系列，我认为LEGO官方的意思应该是让参赛者使用8*8的底板，而2单位宽度的街道是包含在底板中的，也就是实际建筑底面积应该是6*8单位，转角建筑为6*6单位，然而这只是对1楼的要求，2楼可以膨胀出来，而2单位的街道上可以存在一定程度的违章搭建{:1_266:} （个人理解，以官方解释为准）

CONTEST DESCRIPTION

10 years ago, the first LEGO Modular Building was unveiled. Now, we ask you to make your own mini version of your own modular building for a chance to win all LEGO Modular Buildings – yes, all of them. We mean it! In this contest specially designed for LEGO fans, we have arranged an amazing prize package consisting of all 12 LEGO Modular Buildings and 10230 LEGO Mini Modulars as the grand prize to the builder who can create the best mini Modular.

Please follow the size requirements under the RULES tab, as well as the entry guidelines.

Entry Deadline

Submit your entry no later than May 12th 2017 at 10:00AM EST.

Judging

A panel of judges from the LEGO Creator Expert team will select one grand prize winner and two runner-up winners. They will judge entries upon:

- Overall coolness and originality: 25%

- Most inspired details on the mini model: 25%

- Attention to contest theme: 25%

- Best use of LEGO elements: 25%

How to enter

- Create your mini model

- Take up to five photos of your creation and submit them to the contest Make sure to show off all angles of your creation.

- Use the description field to tell us about your model – then hit “submit”

- When you receive a “Success!” pop-up notification after clicking “submit” on the entry submission page, your entry has successfully been submitted. Our moderation team will review it within 1-3 working days to make sure it fits all the contest rules

- Share your entry directly from LEGO Rebrick to your social media channels with #LEGOModularHouses or #LEGOCreatorExpert (this is not a requirement for entry)

THE CONTEST RULES

- Your entry must be 8 x 8 studs, no larger or smaller, have a sidewalk which is 2 studs wide, and have a 1 x 2 LEGO Technic brick (brick with 1 or 2 holes) with Technic pins, positioned 2-3 studs in from the back and four from the front to connect with other modulars. There are no height requirements. Not sure what we mean? Here’s a picture for reference:



*note: 10230 LEGO Mini Modulars had a 1x2 LEGO Technic brick with 2 holes. This piece is less common, but if you have it, you are welcome to use that instead of the 1x2 LEGO Technic brick with one hole.

- Your entry can be a corner or middle modular building

- Entries should be a similar scale to 10230 LEGO Mini Modulars and not include LEGO Minifigures

- Your entry must not contain copies of any existing third party work or creation, or infringements of any third party intellectual property right. This includes the use of other brands, or even LEGO IP brands, including LEGO Star Wars, LEGO Lord of the Rings, etc. Elements from these properties can be used, but avoid using elements which clearly come from or only appear in these sets

- You can enter as many entries as you would like, but only one entry per person will be considered when winners are selected

- Entries with violent military themes will not be eligible for the contest

- Entries containing defamatory or degrading elements will not be eligible for the contest

- Entries can be previously built, but cannot be submitted previously in any contest of any kind competing for a prize

- Each entry must have been made by the user submitting it

- Use of LEGO Digital Designer to create your entry is allowed, along with photo editing software or adding effects to your entry

- Entries must not contain LEGO elements which have been modified from their original form, including painted or cut elements

- Entrants must be at least 13 years of age at the time of entry

- If you submit multiple versions of your entry, all but the most recent version will be removed

- The contest is not open to residents of Iran, North Korea, Myanmar/Burma, Zimbabwe, Sudan, Syria, any other U.S. sanctioned country and where prohibited or restricted by law. The contest is not open to residents in the state of Quebec

- The Winner will be contacted on the email address associated with their LEGO ID account after May 19th 2017 and announced on LEGO Rebrick when the winner has returned the signed Winner’s Certification Documents. A winner who do not return their Winner’s Certification Document within one week of receiving it will be disqualified, and a new winner will be selected.

Q&A

What is the timeframe for this contest?

This contest runs until May 12th at 10:00 a.m. EST. Please double check your time zone to make sure you know the exact time the contest ends.

What countries can participate?

The contest is international; therefore entrants from all countries and with any background are welcome to participate to win the prizes, except where prohibited by applicable laws.

The contest is not open to residents of Iran, North Korea, Myanmar/Burma, Zimbabwe, Sudan, Syria, any other U.S. sanctioned country and where prohibited or restricted by law. The contest is not open to residents in the state of Quebec.

Why can entrants from Quebec not participate?

This contest isn’t open to residents of Quebec due to the stringent rules set out by the regional government to protect the citizens of Quebec.

Can only RLUG/RLFM members participate?

This contest is hidden (only accessible via a direct link) and only promoted by The LEGO Group to RLUG/RLFM members, however this does not mean only these members can take part. If you’re a member of LEGO Rebrick and not from the restricted countries listed above, you are welcome to enter.

Can a group submit one entry together?

Yes, but it is up to you determine how you distribute the prizes to your group, only the number of prizes outlined in the rules will be given, regardless of the size of the group.

How old do you have to be to participate?

You have to be 13 years or older to participate in the contest. Entrants younger than 13 cannot have their parent or friend submit an entry on their behalf. If you’re under 13 and would like to share your LEGO model, you can still do so on the LEGO.com Create and Share Galleries.

Why can a parent not submit an entry on behalf of a child?

LEGO Rebrick is a contest platform for teen adult members. This contest is designed for participants 13 years or older, and is not set up for younger entrants.

Do I have to have an account to take part?

Yes, you have to have an account on LEGO Rebrick to enter. Your LEGO Rebrick account tied to your LEGO ID or LEGO.com account information, so signing up is easy. Just click the sign in link at top of LEGO.com/Rebrick and fill in your LEGO ID username and password. You’ll then be able to set up a LEGO Rebrick profile linked with your LEGO ID. If you don’t have a LEGO ID, you can also create one by clicking “Sign in” and then “Sign up now”.

How do I enter a contest on LEGO Rebrick?

First, make sure you have a LEGO ID and the LEGO Rebrick account. Next, find the contest you wish to entry and click “submit entry”. Follow the directions on the submit entry page, and you should be good to go! Our moderation team will review it within 1-3 working days to make sure it fits all the contest rules. If for some reason it doesn’t, you will receive any email to the address attached to your LEGO ID informing you how you can change your entry and resubmit it.

Can I submit multiple entries?

Yes, please submit as many models as you wish!

I submitted my entry, but I can’t see it if I log out. How do I know if it was accepted into the contest?

Every new entry must be moderated by the LEGO Rebrick staff to be visible to members who are logged out or those that do not hold an account. This can take 1-3 business days. Once moderated it will be visible to everyone.

How do I know if my entry was submitted correctly?

If you receive a “Success!” pop-up notification after clicking “submit” on the entry submission page, your entry has successfully been submitted. Our moderation team will review it within 1-3 working days to make sure it fits all the contest rules. Always make sure you have read the contest rules and the Legal section before entering a contest on LEGO Rebrick, to ensure that your entry will be accepted.

Oh no, I missed the deadline for the contest! Can I still submit it?

Sorry, to keep it fair to other participants we cannot allow members to submit entries past a contest deadline. We appreciate that you worked hard on your entry, and you can still share it on the LEGO.com Create and Share Gallery. We are also running new contests all the time, and we hope you’re able to submit an entry into another contest later on.

I don’t own any LEGO parts, can I still enter?

You can enter using LDD. The steps for entering via LDD can be found under VI. Entering Contests in our Legal section.

Oh no, my pictures are upside down! How do I fix this?

Unfortunately it is not possible to edit an entry on LEGO Rebrick, and the issue with images appearing upside down once submitted is a known bug. Entries will not be evaluated negatively in the judging process if the photos are upside down.

What size model should I build?

Your entry must be 8 x 8 studs, no larger or smaller, have a sidewalk which is 2 studs wide, and have a 1 x 2 LEGO Technic brick (brick with 1 hole or two holes) with Technic pins, positioned 2 studs in from the back and four from the front as to connect with other modulars (you dont need to show your model connected to other modulars). There are no height requirements.

Can I build a mini modular for an existing LEGO Modular building, or my own version of one of the ones included in 10230 LEGO Mini Modulars?

Yes, you can, however remember that the judging criteria for this contest includes creativity, and if you make your own version of a building in 10230 LEGO Mini Modulars you might receive a lower creativity score during judging.

Can I include custom stickers?

Yes, the use of homemade sticker is allowed as long as they don’t represent any brand or company.

Can I include my favorite show (an IP) in my model?

Your entry must not contain copies of any existing third party work or creation, or infringements of any third party intellectual property right. This includes brands such as LEGO Star Wars, LEGO Lord of the Rings, LEGO Harry Potter etc. you can use LEGO pieces from IP LEGO sets, just make sure whatever piece you use isn’t specific to that IP set.
